Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Creator HQ, a content creation and social media management platform.
Use of the service
Users are responsible for their accounts, the content they create or submit, and ensuring their use of Creator HQ complies with applicable law and the rules of connected third-party platforms.
Connected services
Creator HQ may allow users to authorize third-party services such as social media platforms. Users choose whether to connect those services and which permissions to approve. Availability of integrations and individual capabilities may depend on the third-party provider, account type, region, API access, review status, or provider policy.
Content and permissions
Users retain responsibility for content they provide and authorize Creator HQ to process that content as necessary to deliver requested features. Users must have the rights and permissions required for content they upload, generate, publish, or distribute.
Acceptable use
Creator HQ must not be used to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, compromise accounts or systems, misrepresent authorization, or abuse third-party services.
Service changes
Features may change as Creator HQ develops and as third-party APIs and platform requirements change. Access to a particular integration or publishing capability is not guaranteed.
Availability
Creator HQ is provided subject to service availability. While reasonable efforts are made to operate the service reliably and securely, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Third-party terms
Use of connected platforms remains subject to the terms, policies, and permissions of those platforms.
