Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Information supplied when creating or using an account must be accurate.
Use of the service
You are responsible for content you create, upload or publish and for ensuring your use of Creator HQ complies with applicable law and the requirements of connected third-party platforms.
Connected services
Creator HQ may allow you to authorize third-party services, including social media platforms. You choose which services to connect and which permissions to approve. Integration availability may depend on provider policies, account type, region, API access or review status.
Content and permissions
You retain responsibility for your content and authorize Creator HQ to process it as necessary to provide requested features. You must hold all rights and permissions required for content you upload, generate, publish or distribute.
Acceptable use

Publishing responsibility
Publishing actions are performed at the user's direction and remain subject to the settings, disclosures, permissions and rules of the destination platform. You are responsible for reviewing content and publication settings before approval.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as Creator HQ develops and as third-party APIs evolve. We aim to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Third-party terms
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies and permissions.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect Creator HQ, users, third parties or to address violations of these Terms.
