Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Creator HQ is a content creation and social media management platform. This policy explains how information is handled when people use Creator HQ or connect third-party services.
Information we process
We may process account and profile information, workspace content, content-production data, and information returned by services that a user chooses to connect. Connected services may include social platforms and content-production providers.
Connected social accounts
When a user authorizes a supported social platform, Creator HQ receives only the permissions and account information approved through that platform's authorization process. Authorization credentials are handled server-side and are used to provide requested features such as identifying an authorized account or publishing content on the user's behalf.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Creator HQ, authenticate users, provide content creation and publishing workflows, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve the service.
Sharing
Creator HQ does not sell personal information. Information may be sent to service providers when necessary to deliver a feature requested by the user, or disclosed where required by law.
Retention and account connections
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Users may revoke third-party permissions through the relevant platform. Creator HQ may also provide controls to disconnect supported integrations.
Security
Creator HQ uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including server-side handling of integration credentials and access controls.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms have their own privacy practices and terms. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.
Contact
Privacy enquiries can be sent through the Creator HQ support contact published with the service.
