Creator HQ — Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to Creator HQ and want data associated with that connection deleted, you can request deletion at any time.

How to request deletion

Email amira_issa@hotmail.co.uk with the subject Creator HQ Data Deletion Request. Please identify the Facebook or Instagram account concerned so the request can be matched to the relevant Creator HQ connection.

After the request is verified, Creator HQ will delete the applicable stored social-account connection data and associated authorization information that it controls, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or security purposes.

Disconnecting through Meta

You can also remove Creator HQ from your Facebook or Instagram account through Meta's settings for connected apps and business integrations. Removing access prevents Creator HQ from continuing to use that authorization.
